The extension of responsibility in the management of the environment, health and safety to the entire company organisation, from the Management down to each worker, each according to their own responsibilities and skills;
The evaluation at all company levels of the impact of individual activities, products and services, in order to manage their environmental and energy impacts;
Consideration of the environment, including the related results, as an integral part of company management and its production growth process;
The pursuit of continuous improvement of environmental protection conditions and environmental and energy performance, as well as the prevention of pollution and the promotion of the efficient use of natural resources, with particular attention to the rational management of water resources, energy performance and consumption of energy;
The control and, where possible, the reduction of its emissions into air, water and soil;
The minimization of waste production and their efficient management, favoring recovery and reuse instead of disposal;

Goals

The students will be introduced to the role of warehouse and sampling clerk, in the simultaneous fulfillment of the obligations established for general training by the State-Regions Agreement of 12/21/11. The course aims to transfer the theoretical and practical concepts for operating in companies in the ceramic sector.

Recipients

The course, aimed at candidates for temporary work missions registered and selected by an employment agency, is promoted by Umana, financed by the Forma.Temp Fund (www.formatemp.it) and therefore totally free for candidates who pass the selections. The implementing body that will carry out the course is Umana Forma. The CVs of the candidates will be reported to the branches of the UMANA Agency for the work present in the territory of the course. At the end of the course, the acquisition of a certificate of attendance is expected.

The certification is achieved by achieving the training objectives set out in the fund regulation, with a minimum participation of 70% of the total hours, including the mandatory modules on general health and safety and the rights and duties of temporary workers, if applicable.
